Chris Rock says DNA test results show he isn't the father of an ex-love's 13-year-old son. The 'Bad Company' star and his wife Malaak released a statement yesterday slamming Kali Bowyer for her "grossly inaccurate" claim that he is the father of her son Jordan.
The couple said: "We feel it is necessary to respond to the many grossly inaccurate media reports that were sold to the tabloids by Kali Bowyer who falsely claimed that Chris Rock fathered her 13-year-old son."
"After multiple lies, including that Chris refused to establish paternity, and after finding out Ms. Bowyer has an extensive criminal record, we personally asked the court to help us establish paternity so we can put this harassment to rest."
"Last week, it was concluded through DNA testing that Chris is not the father."
Rock now intends to "pursue all legal remedies" against Bowyer to cover his court costs.
The 42-year-old comic also wants any money Bowyer may have earned from selling her story to be donated to Bulloch County charities for disadvantaged boys and girls.
Bowyer filed court papers in March in Bulloch County Court alleging that Rock was her son's father.
Yesterday the 35-year-old freelance journalist said she plans to ask the judge for a second DNA test.
She added: "I could've sworn we weren't supposed to talk about it until we were done with mediation."
