When Shad Gregory Moss, the 20-year-old's real name, was rushed to the hospital last week for collapsing after his concert, his reps sent out a press release saying that the Moss is probably just stressed and exhausted. Then a second press release says it is because of appendix infection. Then come Monday, Moss himself revealed the real reason for his unexpected hospital visit.
