Charlotte Church is to marry boyfriend Gavin Henson in a lavish New Year's Eve ceremony, according to reports.
The couple - who are expecting their first baby together this month - will tie the knot in front of close family and friends at a secret location, thought to be Castell Coch near Cardiff. The singer has asked her mother Maria to give her away, while Gavin's sister Sarah is set to be a bridesmaid.
A source told Britain's Star magazine: "Charlotte can't wait. She's so excited that she and Gavin have finally thrashed out a date for their big day."
"Charlotte has always said she won't go on a diet after having her baby, but the three months in between the birth and the wedding will give her time to lose a little bit of weight so she can look even more fabulous."
Guests have been told to keep the date free and will be told what the location is by text message just two days before the nuptials are due to take place.
Charlotte has banned Gavin's teammates from his rugby club Ospreys from the nuptials. Gavin was with the Osprey players on the night he allegedly kissed shop assistant Tracy Donnelly while staying at the La Mon Hotel and Country Club near Belfast.
The source added: "Charlotte does not want anything to ruin her big day. She thinks his Ospreys mates are a bad influence on Gavin and has made it completely clear to him that they are not welcome. She has been dreaming of this day for months and does not want it ruined by high jinks."
