Rumor has it that Charlize Theron is pissed off that everyone thinks she dumped boyfriend Stuart Townsend.

Apparently, the reason Stu wasn't at the Academy Awards with Char because he was working.

Even though Charlize has appeared everywhere lately without her man, her publicist, Amanda Silverman, denies claims that Charlize has given him the ole' heave ho.

"Stuart and Charlize have not broken up. Next week everyone will be calling me saying they were married. We can't win."
