Denise Richards is in a no-win situation with her new reality show. The "Wild Things" actress says whether she puts her children on her show or not, people would still think the worst of her.

Richards, 37, has been granted permission by the court to include her daughters Sam, 4, and Lola, 2, in her new E! reality show much to the dismay of ex-husband Charlie Sheen.

Denise Richards has officially dropped the Sheen off her last name. Richards won a judgment on Friday which allowed her to legally change her surname back to Richards. The actress took the name when she wed Sheen back in 2002.

Richards' bitter divorce to actor Charlie Sheen was finalized in 2006. The couple has since been involved in a nasty custody battle over their two daughters, three-year-old Sam and two-year-old Lola.

Denise Richards is fighting Charlie Sheen again. The former Bond girl says her ex husband is just trying to use her upcoming reality show to battle her for child custody.

Last week, Sheen had half-jokingly said, "I think we should all just boycott the damn thing!" referring to Richards' upcoming reality show, which would feature their two daughters.

Charlie Sheen may have tried to stop his ex-wife the legal way, but since that didn't work he is trying another tactic - taking it to the people. Sheen is asking the public to boycott ex-wife Denise Richards new reality show.

Sheen went to court to try and stop his former wife from letting their daughters appear on the new reality show, but the court attempt failed. Sheen, 42, does not want his daughters, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, to appear in the reality show which will focus on Richards starting to date and being a single mom.
