After months of fighting, actor Charlie Sheen and his estranged wife Denise Richards have agreed on divorce terms. However, the divorce is yet to finalized.
Wed in 2002 before Denise filed for divorce in March 2005, the feuding couple have been locked in a bitter divorce battle for months but they have now sorted out their differences.
In a joint statement released by Denise's lawyer Neal Hersh and Charlie's lawyer Lance Spiegel, outside a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday, they said, "Both parties have amicably resolved any outstanding issues on an interim basis."
Neither Charlie or Denise were present at the hearing, which took place in a judge's quarters, and both lawyers refused to reveal whether a restraining order taken out by the Richards against her husband would be extended.
The order, which required the son of actor Martin Sheen to stay at least 300 yards from his wife and their daughters, Sam, two, and Lola, one, except for supervised visits with his children, expires today.
It is also still not known what the custody arrangements are for Sam and Lola.
