Chace Crawford's face was left covered in glue after a Halloween costume mishap. The "Gossip Girl" actor decided to dress as Dirk Diggler from 1997 movie "Boogie Nights" for a party, and asked the make-up artist on the U.S. teen show to help transform him.

He explained to Britain's Glamour magazine: "I got the girl that works on hair and make-up on the show to send me over a moustache, sideburns and the glue, and she told me how to do it. She said it would come off in the morning. Well, I could not get that damn glue off my lip and sideburns for days."
