Celine Dion Shares Drinks With Her Idol, Sarah Jessica Parker

Celine Dion had cocktails with her idol Sarah Jessica Parker.

When the 'My Heart Will Go On' singer discovered the 'Sex and the City: The Movie' actress was staying in an adjacent hotel room on a recent trip to Paris, France, she immediately went to visit her.

Celine, 40, then invited Sarah back to her suite, where the pair watched several classic episodes of the hit TV show on which the new movie is based, while drinking cocktails.

According to Britain's Daily Star newspaper, Sarah later asked hotel managers for a room transfer to escape her over-enthusiastic fan.

Celine recently revealed she has something in common with Sarah's 'Sex and the City' character Carrie Bradshaw - they both love shoes.

Speaking about her hobbies, the music star said: "I own between two and three thousand pairs of shoes."

'Sex and the City: The Movie' is released worldwide at the end of May.
