Former "The Biggest Loser" host Caroline Rhea has given birth to a girl. The actress and her longtime boyfriend, Costaki Economopoulos, welcome their first child on Monday.

Named Ava Rhea Economopoulos, the couple's daughter weighs 8 lb., 15 oz., and measures 22 ˝, as per People magazine.

Rhea, 44, who next appears in the series "Sordid Lives," premiering on Logo July 23, is due in the fall. Economopoulos is a stand-up comedian and recently qualified for the World Series of Poker.
