Busta Rhymes has lashed out at a gay fan who tapped him on the shoulder. The incident happened as the rapper-turned-actor was leaving the 11th Street Diner in Miami's trendy South Beach district in the early hours Sunday.
Eyewitness Thomas Barker told America's New York Post newspaper: "Therestaurant was packed with transvestites, gay men and drag queens, whichobviously made him a little edgy...When a young gay guy came up behind Busta and tapped him on the shoulder to congratulate the rapper on his recent comeback."
He added: "Before the guy could even mutter a word, Busta turned around and repeatedly screamed, 'Why the f**k you touchin' me, man? Get the f**k away from me.'..It's claimed the 'Break Ya Neck' rapper then whispered to one of his bodyguards: "I hate f*****g faggots, man.'"
Rhymes is believed to still be upset by the murder of one of his minders, and long-term friend, Israel Ramirez, in February. The father-of-three was fatally shot in the chest outside a Brooklyn warehouse, in New York, where the rapper had been filming a music video with fellow hip-hop legend Missy Elliot and G-Unit members Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks.
