"Lost" star Josh Holloway, who plays the scruffy, troubled but still likeable Sawyer, is about to see justice served. No, we aren't talking about getting off the island or winning Kate away from Jack.

Holloway will see justice served as the burglar who broke into his Hawaiian home in October 2005 has received a sentence to spend 30 years behind bars. Although it isn't certain how many years Ruben Royce will spend in jail, he was convicted of five different home invasions and pleaded guilty Friday to 34 counts.

In October 2005, Royce broke into Holloway's house and held Holloway and his wife at gunpoint while he robbed them. Royce also stole the couple's Mercedes.

"Lost", which returned to television last week, is filmed in Hawaii.
