Bryan Adams is warning Amy Winehouse through music. The Canadian singer has expressed his fears for the English songstress in a song he wrote for her called "Flower Grown Wild," it has been claimed.
A source reveals, "Bryan was so concerned about Amy when she came to stay. It's an unlikely friendship but Bryan has taken her under his wing, and he would be distraught if anything happened to her."
The "Summer of 69" singer, 48, had invited Winehouse to stay at his Caribbean villa last year. The "Rehab" star has reportedly even agreed to perform the song on stage with the rock icon when he goes on tour this year.
The lyrics of the song goes, "Amid the stars and the bars, the pimps and pills... the picture faded and the day was done, went home to nothin' but a loaded gun."
"She may look like a lady, but she's a flower grown wild. Nobody saw the tears in your silk and lace, the scarred little kid behind your face."
Winehouse, 24, had already done her stint in rehab after her family and friends pleaded her to go and a video of her apparently doing drugs surfaced on the Internet. She has been recently photographed going back into her old ways.
