Television personality Brooke Burke is expecting her first child with fiancé David Charvet. Brooke was also proposed to at a summer event her former Baywatch hunk hosted on Saturday night.
According to People magazine, the couple got engaged over the weekend. The proposal took place during a "summer party."
"It was a total surprise. It was all very romantic," says Brooke.
Brooke and David have known each other for years, but did not start dating until last year, according to Starpulse.com. The couple ignited their romance during the television reality hit, "Rock Star: INXS," where band members of INXS were on the lookout for a new frontman.
The beautiful brunette was previously married to Dr. Garth Fischer, a plastic surgeon known for ABC's huge hit, Extreme Makeover. The former couple have two young daughters together-Nerriah and Sierra.
Starpulse.com reports that David presented his new fiancée with an eternity band engagement ring. Brooke says it's because "it's forever."
No wedding date has been announced.
