Britney Spears gets a hosting job. The tabloid headliner will host a party, The Scandinavian Style Mansion, at a private residence in Beverly Hills on February 16.
"Britney has said yes to hosting it. I am beyond excited because the experience she gave everyone in December was amazing. She absolutely made my event," event founder Claus Hjelmbak says of Spears to People magazine.
That experience in December is when the singer hosted the same event on December 1. She was presented a birthday cake at the party for her birthday the next day.
Hjelmbak was with Spears when she went on a shopping spree at Kitson in L.A. at the wee hours of the morning on January 17. "I know people will say it's weird she was shopping at 2 a.m., but [Kitson] said you guys can always come when you want," he defends the pop star's bizarre outing. "I just called the owner and said can we come over and they said 'Sure.'"
The Danish businessman says that Spears' constant companion, Sam Lutfi, is "the most down-to-earth, easy-going guy. He doesn't have a bad bone in his body" but couldn't say the same for the singer's current fling, Adnan Ghalib, "I don't know him."
"I have only seen one person and that's the Britney I first met and seen every time," Hjelmbak says of the reports Spears has a multiple personality disorder. "She's a very sweet person."
