Britney Spears has finally reunited with her sons. The troubled pop star, who had been denied of visitation rights to her kids, has met Jayden James and Sean Preston during a court-monitored visit on Saturday morning.

The kids were brought to their 26-year-old mother's home around 9 in the morning and had been transported back to their father Kevin Federline's home around noon. Sources say the kids were seen smiling as they left Spears' mansion.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, attorney for Federline, says that the meeting had become possible because of Spears' dad Jamie, who is the co-conservator of her estate and well-being.

"None of this would have happened if Jamie Spears had not been involved. That's for sure," Kaplan tells E! News. "He gets a lot of credit for helping make this happen. But we've worked very hard with the conservator lawyers, as well, to make this all work."

Spears was not permitted to take her sons to another room, without the others watching. The others include Jamie, Federline's security guard, a lawyer from Britney's conservatorship from Jamie.
