2007 hasn't been a very good year for fallen pop princess Britney Spears.

After having shaved her head, fallen out with her manager, mother, and close friends, Britney seems to be going through a mental breakdown due to her impending divorce from ex-husband Kevin Federline.

First it was her disastrous interview with OK! Magazine which resulted in her dog leaving his mess on a couture gown and Spears herself walking out of the shoot with over $20,000 worth of clothes and accessories. Now, her attempt to choreograph her comeback single has also resulted in a mess.

Reports indicate that Spears was "looking disheveled and disorientated" while trying to attempt a pole dance routine on the set of her latest video, 'Get Back.' One source on set says the 'Oops I Did It Again' singer seemed 'wobbly' and had to keep stopping for frequent bathroom breaks, reports TMZ.

"You could see she was getting a bit wobbly, but no one expected her to throw a complete fit. Suddenly, she was in floods of tears and stormed off set. She eventually came back but was sobbing hysterically," the source adds.

Because of Spears' erratic behavior and inability to focus, the shoot was eventually called off early. Meanwhile, reports speculate that Spears' eldest brother along with mother Lynne Spears and possibly-pregnant younger sis Jaime Lynn are planning an intervention to help the 'Toxic' singer regain whatever it was that she had lost.
