Britney Spears' Divorce Is Official

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are officially divorced according to the final papers filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court Monday.

Court Commissioner Scott Gordon signed orders for the dissolution of marriage, an alimony agreement and child custody between the pop star and her now ex-husband.

The pair married in a private ceremony in October 2004 yet filed for divorce in November 2007, citing irreconcilable differences.

Spears and Federline will continue to share joint custody of their children, 22-month-old Sean Preston and 10-month-old Jayden James.

The alimony agreement is not being made public, however the couple reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement.
