British pop singer Lily Allen's tour representative and spokesman denied the singer allegedly kicked a photographer at Melbourne airport on Wednesday night. Allen is currently in Australia on a tour and performed Thursday to a sold-out crowd in Melbourne.
A pictorial agency released an email with photographs on Thursday in which the freelance paparazzo claimed to have been kicked by Allen.
The Daily Telegraph quoted the email. "Lily Allen hid and actually kicked the photographer who asked her for just one photo."
Allen has been previously been arrested for such an incident with a British photographer in June, however the authenticity of the agency's claim is in question.
None of the images attached in the email suggested violence on Allen's part, and the photos were withdrawn from sale with no explanation later the same day.
Her tour representative insisted it was the photographer who had a problem.
He said, "It is completely untrue. He was jumping all over everyone. He was really in her face."
Allen was in Melbourne performing for a sold-out crowd at the Prince of Wales on Thursday night.
