Lindsay Lohan turns 21 in just two months time.
It is hard to believe that someone who has been clubbing for years, attending AA meetings and who has spent time in rehab is still under the legal U.S age for drinking, but it is true. Hard Partying Lindsay is only 20.
What does she plan to do for her 21st birthday? The same thing she has done for her other celebrations - partying hard and toasting the milestone.
But for this year, Lindsay is planning to celebrate in both Las Vegas and Los Angeles with dinner and a lot of fun.
The headline grabbing star told Ellen DeGeneres that she plans to "milk it" when she turns 21. Hopefully she remembers to have a sigh of relief when she is finally legally allowed in nightclubs.
The "Mean Girls" actress showed Ellen a new tattoo on her wrist - the word "breathe" inked into her skin.
Why "breathe?"
In between partying, shopping and running over paparazzi, Lindsay said, "I forget to breathe sometimes."
