Star magazine is reporting the Brad Pitt has put his foot down and begged the mother of his children to seek help to gain weight - even if that means being the latest Hollywood star to go to rehab.
Angelina, who is five foot eight inches tall, is reportedly down to a scary 98 pounds.
The currently European-based couple have a new chef on call to create meals for busy Ange who splits her time between motherhood, the UN and Hollywood.
The Oscar winner has addressed her weight issues recently, saying that the stress of her mother dying has affected her body.
She said, "Instead of people saying I look like a person dealing with something emotionally, they assume it's because I want to fit into skinny jeans."
Angelina gave birth to Shiloh just over a year ago and quickly lost her baby weight.
