Jennifer Aniston is being urged to cut Brad Pitt out of her life. The actress' friends are worried she will never get over her ex-husband if she doesn't distance herself from him.

A source said: "It's not that Courteney Cox and co dislike Brad - quite the opposite. They're all fond of him because he's a pleasant guy to be around. But that's the very reason why he can't be in Jennifer's life - Courteney has told her repeatedly to ditch Brad's number. But it's never going to be that simple - he was her one big love."

Jennifer Aniston saves messages from her old boyfriends. The actress - who was previously married to Brad Pitt and has also dated singer John Mayer, model Paul Sculfor and actor Vince Vaughn - finds modern technology has changed dating styles and admits she pines for the old fashioned approach to romance.

She said: "I am not an internet person and it's so unreal to find an honest person online."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are more in love than ever. The Hollywood couple dampened rumors they are set to split by laughing and gazing lovingly at each other at the "Inglourious Basterds" after-party at the Baoli club in Cannes on Wednesday.

A source said: "Angelina was laughing and smiling and enjoying her conversations. Brad was also smiling, but not laughing. He looked tired, he seemed more reserved than Angelina."

Brad Pitt was drunk when he agreed to star in his new movie. The star, whose movie 'Inglourious Basterds' debuted at the Cannes Film Festival last night, accepted the part after a raucous night out with director Quentin Tarantino.

He laughed: "We went out together... I got up the next morning and saw, like, five empty bottles on the floor and some sort of smoking device on the floor. Then, somehow, six weeks later I was doing the film."

Bette Midler has advised Jennifer Aniston to date a racing driver. The "Wind Beneath My Wings" singer is keen for the former "Friends" star to find love and has drawn up a list of characteristics her new man must have.

She said: "She needs an exciting guy, like a race-car driver. I think she needs somebody who cherishes her, but also somebody who's going to give her a run for her money."

The residents of Oyster Bay are making their new neighbor feel right at home. It probably helps that the new neighbor just so happens to be Angelina Jolie.

Jolie is filming her new thriller, "Salt," and has taken up residence in the Long Island town which has been buzzing with word of sightings of the superstar mother with Brad Pitt and their children.
