Prince reportedly banned fans from taking his photograph at one of his shows. The 'Purple Rain' singer was performing at New York's Social @ Ross concert - the first in a series of five summer events - but wasn't impressed when the audience started using their cameras.

Prince is said to have angrily told fans - who had paid $15,000 for all five concerts - he only has his photograph taken if he gets paid for it, according to the New York Daily News newspaper.

Denise Richards believed lover Richie Sambora was going to propose in Hawaii, and was devastated when he dumped her instead.

The couple - who began dating in April 2006 - had both just had their divorces finalized when they went on the romantic break in February, and Denise was hoping the Bon Jovi rocker would pop the question.

The Bon Jovi guitarist - who completed a week-long program at the Los Angeles UCLA Medical Center last Wednesday - revealed he sought help because he was "drinking too much." However, he insisted he entered the facility for a "detox" and "did not check into rehab."

He told the "Today" show: "Instead of me heading into a place - I was just drinking too much and I needed to get my life together. I'm still in therapy and stuff like that, but it's good. I'm great. I feel fine."

Richie Sambora has completed a short and hopefully successful stint in rehab.

The Bon Jovi rocker went to an undisclosed facility a week ago to deal with possible alcohol problems.
