Wedding bells are ringing in Bollywood today. It seems like Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan have taken their love to the next level and made their blissful union official.
Some of the guests who have showed up to see the happy couple cry tears of joy are - quite frankly - many people you have probably never heard of. The lucky guests include Ajay Devgan, Preity Zinta, Sanjay Dutt, Anil Ambani and Kajol.
Rai and Bachchan are getting married in a lavish ceremony away from all the flashing bulbs and paparazzi that will desperately try to distract them from their beautiful day.
A security team has been hired to protect the couple and ensure they have the time of their lives as the groom escorts his bride to the ball. However, BBC News reports several people have already attempted to crash the event by climbing trees and wrestling themselves through barricades.
It is also reported that part of the wedding rituals taking place include walking around fire seven times - and pretending you're not praying for dear life in the process.
As for the most-anticipated, romantic honeymoon of sorts... there is none. That's right, the happy couple are going to spend some quality time with Rai's grandmother instead. Now isn't that darling.
