Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty almost toppled over on her high-heels and onto Britain's Queen Elizabeth on Monday.

The "Celebrity Big Brother" winner seemed unsteady as she curtsied while meeting the queen at London's Westminster Abbey after giving a speech on racial tolerance.

The monarch's worried husband Prince Philip feared she would fall in her unsturdy footwear, and exclaimed, "Look, be careful!"

After the royal meeting, Shilpa said, "The queen had a beautiful smile."

The Indian actress, 31, addressed 2,000 people, including the queen and Prime Minister Tony Blair, during the ceremony to mark Commonwealth Day.

She said, "It is every human being's inalienable right to live with dignity."

Shilpa won Britain's reality show "Celebrity Big Brother" in January after becoming the victim of alleged racism and bullying by fellow contestants Jade Goody, Jo O'Meara and Danielle Lloyd.
