Just when everyone seemed to be forgetting Miley Cyrus's Vanity Fair photo shoot, Marie Osmond has brought it up again. And the entertainer, and mother, is putting the blame squarely on Miley's dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.

According to People.com, Osmond told AOL Television that parents of showbiz kids should never leave their children alone, not even with a photographer. Osmond said she grew up in show business and her parents, "never, never left us alone. We always had some form of a guardian or something with us, a guardian that would represent what they would have done."

Miley Cyrus, also known as teen rocker sensation Hannah Montana, has caused a stir by dying her hair a light brown color. The singer is known for having different hair colors. As her television character on the show "Hannah Montana," Cyrus has dark brown hair but wears a blonde wig with bangs when she performs as her alter-ego Hannah Montana.
