According to Britney Spears, she is not a "nut" or "certifiable." However, a radio station thinks differently.

Florida's "The MJ Morning Show" has used images of a bald Britney under the headlines "Total Nut Jobs," "Shock Therapy," and "Certifiable" to advertise the program.

Britney and her lawyers, however, disagree with the comments and are demanding that they be taken down - regardless of the fact that a large portion of the public probably agrees with the slogans.

The singer's lawyer, Marty Singer, has called the advertisement, "outrageous to the extreme" and claims that the mother-of-two's "likeness has a multi-million-dollar value for authorized commercial exploitations," even when the images are degrading.

According to the lawyer, Britney is entitled to "very substantial damages" from the station. The station has not yet reacted to the outrage.

However, Britney herself has been giving the world some new images, including multiple pictures of her in various stages of public undress. Following a late night nip-slip while club hopping, the fallen pop star has shown off her breast again - this time in broad daylight.

Maybe it is time she bought some fitted clothes?
