There are some people who cross the line and simply don't care. But don't expect others to sit back and not say anything about something they disapprove of.
Bill Maher has refused to apologize for wearing a Steve Irwin costume during Halloween. The costume, which mocked the death of the Crocodile Hunter, outraged fans nationwide.
The talk show host was recently seen wearing a bloody khaki shirt with a stingray barb sticking out of his chest. On his show HBO's "Real Time With Bill Maher" he said that people should just leave him alone about the tasteless costume.
He said, "Stop hassling me about my Halloween costume. Yes, you've seen it on the internet. I went as the Crocodile Hunter with a bloody stinger in my chest.
He added, "People who really love animals understand if you get killed by one, chances are you were doing something to it you shouldn't have been."

That is some funny stuff! Glad someone had the balls to do it. People feel bad that Irwin passed but its his own damn fault for not being safe when dealing with WILD ANIMALS. If you watched his show, then common sense should have told you it was only a matter of time before he met his end. When I heard what happened, my first thought was "yup, I knew it was gonna happen at somepoint".
Shame on Irwin for putting himself in harms way and leaving a wife and child behind. If he is mocked, then so be it. He did it to himself by not taking measures to ensure his safety.

Good for Maher! It's his FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH to wear whatever Halloween costume he wants. Glad he's got the guts to do it and won't be intimidated by Irwin worshipers. That's the law, and we must obey it whether we want to or not, unlike that terrorist scum coward America-hating subhuman Bush.
