Victoria Beckham has already had a mini-house warming with her new neighbors. The soon-to-be L.A. resident has finally settled on a $30 million mansion to call home with her family and quickly invited BFF Katie Holmes over for a toast.
According to Britain's The Sun newspaper, Katie was the first person Victoria invited over to her new house.
A source said, "Victoria couldn't wait to show Katie all her plans. She looked very pleased with herself."
It was a quick drive for new mother Katie. The Beckhams are moving just minutes away from fellow power couple The Cruises.
Posh Spice has been spending more and more time in the city of angels as she sets up her house and shops till she drops.
But the biggest purchase, the house, has caused the most headaches. The mother-of-three spent months inspecting properties, unable to find something suitable, until she saw the Spanish style mansion she will call home.
A source said, "It's been a long process trying to find the ideal home but this one ticks the most boxes. The fact it is so close to Tom and Katie's house is ideal for Victoria."
Victoria, her husband David, and their children Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, will be relaxing around a swimming pool, home cinema and landscaped gardens.
