Ben Stiller is set to reunite with the Farrelly Brothers for a new comedy.
The comic actor - who first worked with the filmmakers on 'There's Something About Mary' - is due to begin filming 'Seven Day Itch' in the autumn.
'Mission: Impossible III' actress Michelle Monaghan and newcomer Malin Akerman will star alongside Stiller - who plays a character that falls in love and marries a girl who turns into a maniac on their honeymoon.
Akerman told MTV: "It's another ridiculous film where Ben Stiller falls in love with what he thinks is the girl of his dreams, which this time will be played by me."
The 27-year-old blond added: "As we go on our honeymoon, he realizes that I am completely insane. He just doesn't believe that this is the same woman he married."
Akerman says the script is "hilarious" and admits she often found it difficult to keep a straight face while working with Stiller.
She said: "We're in the car and there's Missy Elliott blasting out. It's one of her vulgar songs. I start getting into it and I do this big rap song-and-dance in the car. It was hilarious."
However, Akerman refuses to divulge details about her favorite scene.
"There are a few really crazy scenes. I won't give away the one that I really absolutely love, because it's pretty brilliant."
'Seven Day Itch' is due to be released next year.
