Liv Tyler has vowed never to have plastic surgery - because it makes people look "creepy."

The stunning actress says she takes care of her skin because she's determined she'll never go under the knife to preserve her looks. She revealed: "I don't want to ever have cosmetic surgery, so I want to do the best I can with what I have. I hate that look where people's faces have just changed. It's so creepy."
