B.B. King Is Released From Hospital

Thankfully B.B. King is no longer singing the hospital blues. Just a few days after entering the facility everybody hates to be at, the musician has been given the permission to go home.

On Saturday, B.B. King was discharged from the hospital and "feeling fabulous" after receiving necessary antibiotics for 100.4 degree fever and flu, said his management team in New York. The blues legend was then sent home and is already planning to get the show back on the road.

B.B. King Offers Guitar As Reward for Dog

B.B. King is singing the blues over his lost dog. The legendary bluesman is now offering an autographed copy of one of his signature "Lucille" guitars in an effort to get her back.

The 2-year-old white female Maltese, named after King's signature guitar, went missing about 10 days ago in West Hollywood while she was under the care of his co-manager.

B.B. King to Begin 'Farewell Tour'

Blues legend BB King will embark on his last international tour on 16 February, he has announced, although he said he will still make US concert appearances. The singer, 80, will start his Farewell Tour in Chicago and it also includes a five-date tour in the UK starting at the end of March.

King has been performing since his big break in 1948, scoring two US number ones and numerous other hits. The musician celebrated his 80th birthday in September and released an album, "B.B. King and Friends -- 80," featuring Eric Clapton, Elton John, Sheryl Crow and other musicians.
