Vincent 'Don Vito' Margera was found guilty on two counts of sexual assault after being accused of groping three young girls at a Colorado mall in August 2006 when the girls asked to get a picture with the unlikely reality star.

'Don Vito' was a regular personality on MTV's "Viva La Bam" which starred his nephew, prankster and pro skateboarder Bam Margera.

The former car painter's attorney claimed that Margera was acting in character at the event but according to the Rocky Mountain News, prosecutor Jim Stanley said Margera "was so intoxicated that he peed his pants while with these children."

Upon hearing the verdict in a Colorado courtroom, Margera proceeded to make quite the scene and as soon as the first guilty count came from the judge he "fell or threw himself backwards and hit the ground, making a loud noise, causing some furniture to fly."

Margera is currently being held without bond at the Jefferson County Jail, and could be facing anywhere from six years to life in prison when he is sentenced on December 20.
