Sienna Miller was seen kissing Balthazar Getty, despite reports he is trying to save his marriage.

The British actress was reported to have shared a brief embrace with the married actor outside Ralph's grocery store in Malibu, California, around midday on Sunday.

Balthazar Getty has met with his wife for the first time since his alleged affair with Sienna Miller. The actor met for talks with estranged spouse Rosetta at the couple's marital home in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Balthazar, 33, said: "I can't comment. When I'm ready I'll issue a statement. It's because of the children."
