Eminem is no longer wanted by police for questioning over an alleged assault. The rap star had been accused of attacking a man at the urinals of the Cheetah strip club in Detroit's 8 Mile district - made famous by Eminem's semi-biographical film of the same name.
A 48-year-old Michigan man, known as Miad J, told police that Eminem punched him four or five times in the face on July 13 at 1.15am after the two men had finished using the toilet at the club. Miad J was quoted as saying: "Eminem started swinging. I wasn't even expecting it. I was just minding my own business."
A Detroit Police Department spokesperson has now confirmed that Miad J has withdrawn his complaint against the hip-hop star. However, the police spokesperson did not reveal why the alleged victim decided to drop his complaint against the 'Just Lose It' rapper.
