Surprise, surprise - well, what do you know - Nick Carter has come clean and revealed he's not quite the biggest playa in town as he hoped we would believe. The Backstreet Boys singer recently admitted he didn't sleep with Ashlee Simpson. Nick has been forced to apologize after claiming he had sex with the "Boyfriend" singer to get back at ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton for cheating on him.

He has now denied sleeping with Ashlee - the younger sister of "Dukes of Hazzard" star Jessica - and has called her a "good girl."

It's unfortunate when male celebrities need to stoop low and make up lies in order to make themselves look like the best playa in town. But it looks like everybody is laughing at Nick Carter, including Ashlee Simpson - who he wishes could have been added to his list of blonde starlets he fondled. The pop singer says Nick claims that he slept with her are "laughable." No kidding, Ashlee.

The singer-and-actress - who is currently appearing in "Chicago" in London - insists the Backstreet Boys singer, who this week claimed he had slept with Ashlee to get back at his ex Paris Hilton, is lying.

Apparently a Backstreet Boy could use some anger management classes. Two years after they broke up, Nick Carter is still so internally damaged by his relationship with Paris Hilton that he won't stop bad mouthing the blonde by revealing what he did to get revenge after she allegedly cheated on him. Nick claims he slept with Ashlee Simpson to get back at his ex, Paris.

The Backstreet Boys singer was so furious about the socialite cheating on him with Chad Michael Murray that he flew all the way to Australia to sleep with the "Boyfriend" singer.

If relationships with American rock stars don't work out, Ashlee Simpson can always try her hand on British men for a change. The blonde pop singer admits she is attracted to English men, finding them "really sexy."

The bubbly starlet, and sister of "Dukes of Hazzard" actress Jessica, admits she goes weak at the knees for guys from the U.K., because they are so charming.

There's much Ashlee Simpson will stay quiet about, but when recently asked about her thoughts on remarks a Texas minister made about the star and her sister using sex appeal to market their music, Ashlee was anxious to shut him up.

Reverend Harrington of Texas recently attacked the Simpson sisters saying they don't represent American standards, and certainly not Christian standards.

Jessica and Ashlee Simpson may think sex appeal is the way to go in promoting their music and videos, but according to a Texan Reverend, this kind of mentality will just make "their breasts sag." The pop star sisters have been attacked by a Christian minister for using sex to sell their music.

The Reverend Bob Harrington - a priest in Texas - has also attacked their father and manager Joe - who was formerly a Baptist minister.
