Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz married last year, but now they're coming out in support of their gay friends and fans who can't do the same. The couple shot a campaign in support of gay marriage for "NOH8." In the shot, the two are featured posing together with "NOH8" written on their cheeks and duct tape over their mouths, while Simpson-Wentz held a wedding veil.

The shots were taken by photographer Adam Bouska on Monday. Bouska launched NOH8 with his partner, Jeff Parshley, after Proposition 8 passed in California in November.

Pete Wentz is convinced he is going to be murdered.

The Fall Out Boy star is so paranoid his life is going to be taken, he won't open his front door in case someone is there waiting to kill him.

Pete - who attempted suicide in 2005 - said: "I refuse to answer my front door because I'm convinced someone is going to murder me.

The 24-year-old singer - who gave birth to Bronx Mowgli, her first child with husband Pete Wentz, in November - is determined to ditch her baby weight, and so has embarked on a "mommy and me" workout.

Ashlee - who has already lost half of the 30 lbs she is aiming to shed - is following Jackie Keller's 30-day Body After Baby plan, meaning she is completing low-impact exercise such as playing peek-a-boo with Bronx.

Ashlee Simpson has blasted critics who attacked her sister Jessica's figure. The 24-year-old singer has defended her older sibling - who was photographed wearing unflattering high-waisted jeans at a recent Florida concert with a seemingly fuller figure - insisting the comments about Jessica's weight are "embarrassing and belittling."

She wrote on her blog: "I am completely disgusted. Since when did a woman's weight become newsworthy? How can we expect teenage girls to love and respect themselves in an environment where we criticize a size two figure?"
