It can no longer be claimed as "Oops" but Britney Spears has done it again and again and again.
The troubled singer has reportedly failed to arrived at her latest deposition regarding the custody of her two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
Britney is locked in a feisty custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, who currently has full custody of the boys.
According to TMZ.com, Britney failed to attend the latest court ordered deposition. The celebrity website claims that this is the fifth deposition the pop star has missed.
TMZ reported, "Sources say the fact that she didn't show for the [deposition] was a factor in her lawyers' decision to file papers today asking to withdraw as counsel, but it was only one of many reasons. As one connected source put it, 'Her whole life has become insane and it's impossible for anyone to get through to her'."
Britney's legal team from Trope And Trope reportedly fired her on January 3, following a series of uncooperative events.
Britney is currently permitted monitored visits with her children, but has done little publicly to regain full custody of the boys.
The "Toxic" singer missed her last deposition, claiming she was suffering from anxiety due to the waiting press. However, she subsequently ventured outside her estate later in the evening and flirted with paparazzi.
