Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn are reportedly engaged.
The "Swingers" actor apparently proposed to the 37-year-old star while the couple were in Paris promoting romantic comedy "The Break-Up".
Jennifer - who divorced Brad Pitt in December - is said to have immediately accepted Vince's offer after he got down on one knee.
A source claims the former "Friends" actress has already invited her former mother-in-law and sister-in-law, adding: "She has already asked Courtney Cox to be her matron of honor."
It is believed the couple have yet to name a date for the wedding, however, Jennifer is keen to tie the knot "sooner rather than later".
The couple started dating after meeting on the set of the 'The Break-Up' - filmed in Vince's hometown, Chicago, last year.
The film went on to make over $39 million dollars during its opening weekend - the highest three-day opening ever in the US for a romantic comedy released in June.
Spokespeople for the couple have yet to confirm or deny the pending nuptials.
