Anne Heche and partner James Tupper are expecting their first child together. The "Nip/Tuck" star - who met actor James on the set of her U.S. TV show "Men In Trees" in 2006 when she was still married to ex-husband Coleman Laffoon - is said to be extremely excited about the pregnancy. The 39-year-old actress' representative said: "They are both thrilled!"

Anne Heche's divorce has reached a settlement Friday agreeing to pay ex-husband Coley Laffoon a $275,000 lump sum and $3,700 per month in child support for their son. This is a big reduction from the temporary $15,000 a month support she had paid before. She said in May she could no longer pay the amount because she was out of work.

Anne Heche can't afford to continue her $15,000-a-month child support payments. The 38-year-old actress revealed in court papers that since her TV show 'Men in Trees' was canceled, she cannot continue to pay the $14,798 monthly payments, which includes private school tuition for her six-year-old son Homer. She wrote: "I am continuing to look for work, but I have no offers pending and the impending strike by the Screen Actors Guild reduces my prospects for work even further."

While EW has released its list of smart people in Hollywood, New York Daily News has published its own list of "50 Dumbest People In Hollywood" and Lindsay Lohan is on top. The list cites Lohan for "poor movie choices, delinquent behavior and bad taste in men," the NY Daily News says. She shares the spotlight with other celebrities lower in rank: Kim Kardashian, Spencer Pratt, Jessica Simpson, Keifer Sutherland, and Coutney Love just to name a few. Below is the complete list of the unflattering inventory.

In terms of celebrity divorces, Anne Heche and Coley Laffoon seem to be aiming for the title of most bitter and dysfunctional. The estranged husband and wife have been fighting over everything from their five-year-old son Homer to bed sheets they shared during their five-year marriage.

Steve Martin has married fiance Anne Stringfield in a surprise ceremony. The 'Father of the Bride' actor tied the knot with the former New Yorker journalist at his Los Angeles home. Guests at the wedding - who included Tom Hanks, Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy - were not informed of the nuptials and had instead been told they would be attending an intimate dinner party.
