Anne Heche is fighting for full custody of her five-year-old son.
Heche claims her estranged husband Coley Laffoon - who currently has custody of their son Homer - is not the devoted stay-at-home dad he claims to be.
The "Donnie Brasco" actress states in court papers that Laffoon leaves Homer "with nannies and babysitters while he plays ping-pong, backgammon and poker and views pornography online."
The papers, filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, allege that Laffoon told cast members of Heche's TV show "Men In Trees" that he "knew each strip joint in town."
The 37-year-old is asking the judge to grant her sole legal and physical custody of Homer, with Laffoon receiving visitation privileges. She also asks that Laffoon's request for $33,000 in child and spousal support - filed last week - be denied.
Laffoon's lawyer, John S. Summers, described Heche's claims as "absolutely ridiculous" and said they "reflect the level of her desperation."
Last week, Laffoon filed papers seeking primary custody of Homer and expressing his concerns over whether Heche is "psychologically capable of caring for Homer for an extended period of time."
Former cameraman Laffoon filed for divorce in Los Angeles in February, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split. The couple married in 2001.
