Former lesbian Anne Heche has split with her husband.
The actress, who once famously dated Ellen DeGeneres then wondered through the desert claiming to be an alien after their break-up, has called it quits on her five year marriage amidst rumors she is dating one of her co-stars.
Heche and cameraman Coley Laffoon were married for five years and have a four-year-old son, Homer.
Reports have suggested that Heche, who stars in the TV show "Men In Trees," is dating her cast mate James Tupper, who split from his wife in November.
However, Heche's publicist confirmed to PEOPLE magazine simply that the couple "have decided to separate after five years of marriage. They have requested that they be allowed their privacy at this time."
