In terms of celebrity divorces, Anne Heche and Coley Laffoon seem to be aiming for the title of most bitter and dysfunctional.

The estranged husband and wife have been fighting over everything from their five-year-old son Homer to bed sheets they shared during their five-year marriage.

Coley currently has full-time custody of Homer in Los Angeles while Anne films her ABC TV show "Men In Trees" in Vancouver, Canada. Anne initially wanted sole custody of her son but had to abide by the ruling of a Los Angeles judge.

The pair then started getting petty, trying to divide everything from their household furniture to their linen.

Now, probably fittingly, a Los Angeles judge has requested that both Anne and Coley submit psychological, drug and alcohol testing for the court to determine the best living situation for Homer.

During the custody battle, Coley has insisted in court documents that Anne, "Has at times exhibited bizarre and delusional behavior for which she refuses to seek professional help."

The actress has had her own digs at Coley, claiming that he, "Makes numerous false allegations about his own parenting skills and fitness as well as mine."

Anne continued in writing that he, "Sends Homer to preschool and leaves him with nannies and babysitters while he plays ping pong, backgammon and poker and views pornography online."

The former girlfriend of Ellen DeGeneres reportedly left Coley for her "Men In Trees" co-star James Tupper.
