Anne Heche and Coley Laffoon are fighting over everything from each other, their son and now...their furniture.

While most bitterly estranged couples don't want to talk to each other, Anne and Coley are using every opportunity to meet in a courtroom and fight over their former life together.

Coley, a part-time videographer and full-time father, has previously called Anne "bizarre and delusional" and is now backing up his claims by revealing in court documents that she has even terrorized his clothes.

He filmed documents in the L.A. Superior Court, detailing that he demands "the return of certain items of furniture and furnishings" that Anne took from the "community residence...including the bed that I sleep in."

Coley then goes on to say that Anne, "had gone into my closet and ripped the buttons off of 19 of my shirts and removed some of my pants."

Meanwhile, the "Men In Trees" star, who allegedly had an affair with her co-star, insists that she only removed furnishings that were hers before she married Coley.

The couple recently settled a bitter custody battle over their son, Homer. The five-year-old is currently residing with his father in Los Angeles until Anne returns from filming in Canada.

How could anybody marry Anne Heche? You know she's one sandwich short of a picnic.
