Only five days after Angelina Jolie gave birth to twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, the newborns are meeting other family members. Jolie's brother, James Haven, was spotted arriving at Nice's Hospital Lenval for a visit Thursday. Haven, who was wearing a baseball cap over his eyes, was accompanied by two bodyguards. He was driven into the hospital's emergency area entrance at 10 a.m. Thursday in a Mercedes van with blacked out windows.

Many are wondering why the media is willing to shell out millions of dollars just for the first shot of Hollywood's newborns, but perhaps the answer lies with the public themselves. Now that the much-awaited birth of the Brangelina twins has finally arrived, the public only has speculations as to how much Knox and Vivienne's first public photo op would cost a willing publication. After all, their big sis Shiloh had commanded a staggering $4.1 million from People Magazine and another $3.5 million from Hello! for the British rights.

The birth of twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon, born to Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt on Saturday, was a moving and emotional experience for Pitt. The couple's doctor, Dr. Michel Sussmann, said that Pitt never left Jolie's side and even cut the babies' umbilical cords. "He was ... perfectly calm, totally determined, very pleased to be at the birth of his children, very moved and very emotional," said Sussmann.

The obstetrician who delivered Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's babies Saturday night says Pitt helped out with the delivery. "He was my assistant," joked Dr. Michel Sussmann, adding that Pitt actually cut the twins' umbilical cords.

Antonio Banderas says Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie should just "try their best" when they welcome their twins later this month. The 'Shrek' actor - who has an 11-year-old daughter Stella and stepchildren Alexander, 23, and 18-year-old Dakota with wife Melanie Griffith - has advised the couple to make sure they are prepared for the impending arrivals.
