Brad Pitt would probably surprise most girls he is with, however it was Angelina Jolie who he truly surprised.
The heartthrob, who was married to Jennifer Aniston when he met Angelina, has more going on than just his stunning good looks according to his current girlfriend.
Angelina told Marie Claire magazine, "I wouldn't have, from a distance, said, 'That's a man who would be an amazing, dedicated father,' or 'That's a man who truly loves helping people or whom I'd love to talk politics with.' He's a lot more than people assume he is."
As far as Angelina is concerned, it is Brad's excellent social skills that won her over. She continued, "I've had that problem in my life, where if I get emotional, I tend to just go (and) sit by myself. But he is a great listener, and he has given me wonderful advice."
The couple, who have not yet married, are planning on extending their family even more. Already parents of four, Angelina confirms that more adopted and biological children are in their future.
She said, "We're always thinking about adopting others, we fluctuate between like seven and 12. We're just making sure that everybody has enough time - it can take a full day making sure everybody has special attention. I only work sporadically now and when I do work, Brad's a great dad, so we take turns as parents."
But the Oscar winner has come under fire recently because of her other workload - her service to the U.N. However, Angelina defends herself, saying that her children learn more from her travelling around and helping the less fortunate.
She said, "I do no service to my children by staying home and allowing the world to be what it is. That's not teaching them anything, it's not raising them properly."
