Amy Winehouse's father Mitch has pleaded with the singer to seek help. Mitch is so concerned about Amy - who was caught on camera smoking what appears to be crack cocaine after also reportedly taking ecstasy and Valium last Friday - he rushed to her east London home yesterday in a bid to save her from her drugs hell.

He said: "I'm off to see Amy now. I've spoken to her already and she is fine. She says she is OK, so no problems. To be honest, all that picture shows is what everybody knew anyway."

"Yes, obviously I am worried about her but this picture doesn't show anything we didn't already know before."

The video was shot just five hours before Amy arrived at a London court to support her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who is currently on trial for perverting the course of justice and grievous bodily harm (GBH).

Fans of the troubled 24-year-old singer are also pleading with Amy to enter rehab to kick her drugs addiction once and for all. One supporter wrote on her official website: "Amy, please get some help before it's too late. You are an amazing talent that is going to burn out way too fast."

"That video of you at home which is now doing the rounds will hopefully be instrumental in getting you where you need to be."

Meanwhile, Amy has stunned fans by dyeing her hair back to black, after experiencing life as a platinum blonde for less than a month.
