Amy Winehouse's Dad Denies Daughter's Relapse

Amy Winehouse's dad slams relapse reports. Mitch Winehouse has responded to claims that his daughter is on the verge of decline after spending time in rehab.

Mitch says, "Staying out 'til 5am is what people her age do, she hasn't relapsed."

Amy was recently reported to have stubbed out a cigarette on her face after she was repeatedly asked not to smoke at a restaurant. She had also allegedly snorted vodka during a night out with her friends.

Her dad is convinced that the "Rehab" singer's best friend Kelly Osbourne will be a positive influence on her.

He adds to Closer magazine, "If she's with Kelly there's no relapse. Kelly's a drug counselor, so Amy's completely safe with her."
