Amy Winehouse used her face to put out a cigarette, which is probably why she has been seen having unpleasant marks on her cheeks.

The 24-year-old "Rehab" singer allegedly pushed a burning Marlboro Lights stick on her cheek at an exclusive London restaurant after a waitress asked her thrice to put it out because of the smoking ban.

A diner at the establishment said to The Sun, "She hardly flinched because she was so high. The whole place was open-mouthed in horror."

The Grammy Award-winning singer's rep had explained Winehouse's marks and said she is suffering from a skin infection called impetigo. However, the witnesses believe she got the marks from a different way.

The source added: "The waitress covered her moth in shock and just walked off to tell the manager. It was a shocking sight."
