Amy Winehouse is being offered $700,000 to perform in "the weirdest club in the world." The Grammy Award-winning artist is close to signing the deal with the nightclub, Watt, that the boss says it's as "good as certain."

Aryan Tieleman confirms to the Dutch press that the "Rehab" singer's performance at the opening night of Watt's new Rotterdam venue is very promising.

He says, "It is as good as certain."

Watt, which is scheduled to open in September, will function using a concoction of body fluids.

An insider says, "The energy will come from urine and sweat from the visitors, and toilets will be flushed by rainwater. The club is set in the heart of the biggest drugs circuit in Holland. It is so out there that it might even shock Amy."

Meanwhile, sources say that despite earning millions, Winehouse is only given a relatively small allowance per week as her family and management control her finances.

A source tells The Sun, "Amy is only given a couple of hundred quid each week. She is constantly borrowing off people. She doesn't even really know the extent of her wealth since the Grammys - but it is huge.

"The people around her are worried she would just waste her money if she was allowed full control over it."
