If you ask Amy Winehouse to go to rehab she will most likely just say "no, no, no" but an intervention of some kind might be in the works after the artist, her husband, and a third party were arrested Thursday night for marijuana possession in Norway.
Police arrived at Winehouse's hotel on a tip and quickly arrested the three occupants after the controlled substance was discovered.
Winehouse, husband Blake Field-Civil, and the unnamed third party were held by police overnight and then released around 7 a.m. on Friday after paying $715 in fines.
"They were found with 7 grams of marijuana," said Prosecutor Lars Morten Lothe in a statement. "She's paid the fine, so this thing is over for us now."
Winehouse, 24, made headlines this summer when the artists was hospitalized for a reportedly "drug-related" incident that forced her to cancel a string of U.S. show dates, which she has yet to reschedule.
Winehouse is currently in the beginning stages of her European tour and is schedule to perform in Oslo on Saturday before heading to the Netherlands next week to continue the tour. There is currently no word as to whether the arrest will have any impact on tour dates or times.
